Christi Loucks is the owner and CEO of international B2B lead generation and outbound sales company Revenue Accelerator.

Christi serves a diverse clientele across multiple industries, focusing on sales programs and processes that drive outcomes. Her unique ability to merge strategic vision with hands-on sales leadership and execution has been honed through extensive experience working with prominent companies during transformative periods, where she's been instrumental in amplifying sales and growing revenue. 

Before acquiring Revenue Accelerator in 2023, Christi held the role of Head of Revenue Acceleration at SecZetta, an identity and access management company. There, she built and led the outbound sales team, in addition to designing the company’s sales enablement and operation strategies before its acquisition by SailPoint. Prior to this, as Director of Revenue Enablement at Chainalysis, a unicorn-status blockchain analysis company, Christi played a pivotal role in doubling the company's revenue between 2020 and 2021. Christi also held several senior-level sales management roles during her six-year tenure at identity security company Ping Identity, which included leading internal and external sales training functions  during its acquisition by Vista Equity and its subsequent IPO. 

In 2017, Christi was honored as Sales Enablement Leader of the Year by Brainshark for her exceptional innovation and excellence. She is also the co-author of "LiveCase Simulation: iSense - Revenue Generation," which was published by Harvard Business Publishing in June 2023, and is the owner of Crafted Sales Co., a B2B sales enablement consultancy. Christi holds a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD and a B.A. in Communication from Truman State University.
